Complimenting our extensive product range, we provide (to Australian and international customers) a variety of technical services which are crucial to the optimal operation of our products. To facilitate this in addition to useful technical information which is available on our Web site, we offer our Technical Support Service.

Customer specific designs and Re-branding
An important area in Bramco’s future is re-branding both existing products to suit customer requirements and developing all new designs that are branded exclusively for our customers.This provides tremendous benefit for our customers as we work with them to design solutions in response to their specific needs.Resulting products may be one off units or regularly manufactured designs.The end result product is not branded as a Bramco design. It is branded as the individual customers with full technical back-up, warranty and repair provided by Bramco.

The process used to develop products with our customers follows a specific format and is controlled under Bramco’s AS/NZS ISO:9001.2000 certified Quality System.

Confirming Bramco’s in-house development capabilities the FCC is in response to a specific need and specification provided by iPower Solutions. By designing, manufacturing and supporting a product badged for our valued customer we have enabled iPower to fulfill their individual market need. The FCC has been specifically produced for speed monitoring of conveyor pulleys or any other high frequency rotating device.

Recently Bramco responded to a call from Waratah Engineering to develop a new product for them. Several engineering/design workshops were held to develop the new Phase Rotation Monitor Module (PRM). Thanks to a combined focus, the Phase Rotation Module was ready for production within eight weeks. The PRM Monitor is a compact, panel mounted, low power, three phase monitoring device to provide phase rotation and phase loss monitoring.

Joy Mining and Machinery had the need for a Phase Rotation/ Phase Loss Monitor – PRM2. Bramco specifically designed and badged the PRM2 to meet their particular needs. The Bramco Phase Rotation/Loss Monitor module has been designed to provide phase rotation, phase loss of a three phase circuit. The PRM2 is suitable for Neutral referred circuits. The PRM Monitor is a compact, panel mounted, low power, three phase monitoring device to provide phase rotation and phase loss monitoring with separate voltage free changeover relay contacts provided. The release of this product, once again confirms Bramco’s in-house development capabilities.

Product design
Bramco is a design Company. We have a proven record for developing products that use the latest technologies.

With a dedicated team continuously introducing upgrades to existing units and completely new designs, we are determined to maintain our focus as an industry leader. For this purpose close to 20 percent of turnover is returned back into our design division.

Bramco’s design team welcomes all contact from customers regarding new ideas and modifications to existing products to meet varying specifications.

Bramco’s QA certification to AS/NZS ISO:9001.2000 means we employ a professional approach for evaluation and development of customer ideas.

Project design
Bramco also provides project design and management. Within our areas of expertise we have a proven record for developing project solutions.

Our Services extend beyond project management through to design of effective solutions, outsourcing for installation and commissioning to suit a wide number of mining and industrial projects.

Support and Site Audits
Bramco offers full support, maintenance and on-site back up for all of our products.
Our range of services includes:

  • Strategic maintenance planning
  • Performance analysis and trend reporting to identify system faults
  • On-site audits in response to performance issues or routine analysis

Repairs and overhaul
A vital part of Bramco’s service routine is repair and overhaul of existing products.

Bramco has extensive technical facilities to complete all repairs in accordance with our original design specifications, approvals and the requirements of local or international standards.

Repairs and overhauls are undertaken by Bramco’s suitably qualified team many of which complete extensive training and competency development plans in accordance with AS/NZS ISO:9001.2000.
