Sub-Zero Temperatures in the Ukraine No Match for the Bramco CCMS System.

Bramco have recently supplied and commissioned a Bramco CCMS/SLC (conveyor) safety monitoring system for a 5300m conveyor in the Ukraine. The supplied system includes the Bramco Starter and End of Line control gear, signal line cabling, pull wire accessories, BK400 Pullkeys, PSW400 Warning devices, Temperature Compensation, Fault Diagnostics and Remote Isolation.

Bramco’s engineers have designed the field electronics to operate in sub-zero (-40ºC) temperatures on long overland conveyors.

The hardware selected for these International projects have been tried and proven with exceptional success for installations of over 21Kms on cable belts.

Outlet Test Unit– otu3
Bramco has an all NEW Outlet Test Unit (otu3) with many advanced features in a completely new, compact and robust design. The Outlet Test Unit provides a variety of testing functions on an outlet without the need to open the cubicle. The tests include Earth Leakage, Earth Continuity, Earth Leakage Lockout and Frozen Contactor.

The unit provides the complete test:

• Checking the earth leakage device for accurate operation.
• Timing of the power interrupt time to the outlet, not just the earth leakage device.
