Bramco’s BK400 Pullkey is a lanyard switch designed to provide pull wire protection on conveyor systems. There are two basic models (Now with optional signal flag) the BK400S – Single shafted key, which operates in a balanced pullwire configuration and the BK400D dual shafted key, where the two pullwires operate mechanically independent of one another. By design, the key and its recommended installation comply with the requirements of AS1755 and AS4024.

 Belt Rip Detector

   

When a belt rip occurs the belt will catch the ripcord at the bottom and pull the pin out of the box. This action will cause the micro switches to operate and could be wired to stop the belt.
