Bramco Electronics have designed, manufactured, and supported innovative electronic control, protection, monitoring, and safety products since 1945. We service energy distribution; electric power systems (including switchgear); short-haulage and long distance conveyor control; industrial communications; and tailored, engineered electronic solutions.
With key operations in Australia and South Africa, Bramco distributes its design services and products to South Africa, China, New Zealand, Turkey, Zambia, Canada, Ghana, Ukraine, U.S.A, Brazil, Chile & the UK.
Our products are suited to all environments including the extremes, focused towards mining (eg. Coal, Copper, Gold, Manganese) and general industry when monitoring, protection and safety services are paramount. In 2008/09 Bramco completed two new operation centres: The first covered Operations, Engineering, Services, Projects, Finance, Customer Relations, Sales and Strategic Management. The second covers Process Assembly Technologies; including sub-contract manufacturing.
Both are located approximately 7Kms from Newcastle CBD, and just 20 minutes to Newcastle airport. Our core operations are located just off Maitland Road and surrounded by Mining Project and Consultancy Houses and Suppliers.

Bramco is one team and one family of around fifty people in Australia and South Africa. Our committed team is highly qualified, focused and inventive. They are determined to provide quality assured products, readily available technical support, and solutions channelled to meet our clients expectations.
Our Commitment to Design
Our commitment to research and design is demonstrated in our ongoing product innovation and development. We typically commit over twenty percent (20%) of turnover back into R&D.
Our clients are our partners. They have the opportunity to participate in the design process and to provide that vital input to tailor the engineering quality of our products. We customise existing products or develop new ones to meet client’s exact requirements. We do not impose standard, off the shelf, non-customised products on our clients. Our products become your product by design.

Bramco – South Africa
Bramco South Africa designs and manufactures electronic products for mining and general industry. They are continuously investing in the research and development of new products.
Bramco South Africa has a dedicated team covering product commissioning and servicing and is available on a 24 hours basis. Bramco SA is equipped with the latest technology in testing and repair equipment. The Bramco SA product range includes electronic protection, control, monitoring and safety equipment, both locally produced and provided by Bramco Australia.
